  3. Spend time alone with God each morning.
  4. Be moderate in your eating habits.
  5. Look for ways to alleviate the stress of others.
  6. Turn off the TV and talk to those around you.
  7. Play with a child.
  8. Avoid overbooking your schedule.
  9. Take an afternoon nap.
