Ten Ways to Overcome Stress

- Begin your day by spending time with God.
- Develop a mission statement for your life.
- Set goals that will help you fulfill your mission.
- Eliminate from your life everything that does not move you toward the achievement of your goals.
- Keep a running conversation with God during the day.
- Take five-minute “soul breaks” twice a day to relax.
- Remember that God is bigger than any problem.
- Keep life in perspective—God’s perspective.
- Do what you can, and leave the rest to God.
- Leave room on your plate for fun.
